WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Wrapping and packing stained glass is a laborious process! Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking once your order leaves the studio. Thank you for understanding that I am not responsible for items lost by our beloved postal service.
WHEN IS THE NEXT SALE?
Next sale date is TBD. Typically, there’s one per month. Join the email list for updates.
Email subscribers get first access to sales. On the day of the sale, you’ll be sent a password and have early shopping privileges before the shop opens publicly.
Typically the sales sell out, so being on the email list increases the likelihood of getting what you want.
CLEANING TIPS?
For a quick clean, gently dust with a soft, clean cloth. For a deeper clean, use an ammonia-free glass cleaner with a soft, clean cloth. Spray the cloth, then wipe. Do not spray the stained glass directly. Hot tip: Remove your glass from its hanging position before cleaning to avoid any tragic mishaps. Q-tips and soft toothbrushes work great for cleaning the crevices.
Always handle with extra care!
DO NOT scrub with any textured material that could scratch the glass. DO NOT use water. DO NOT use any harsh chemicals or cleaners with abrasive qualities.
WHERE and HOW DOES IT HANG?
Most pieces are designed to be hung in a window where the sun can reach it. Every piece is equipped with a chain or stainless steel wires. Here is my favorite thing to use! Or, you can use a nail or screw depending on your space. Rubber suction cups are not safe.
Also, displaying your glass in a bathroom, or area with high humidity is to be avoided (unless you’re open to some potential moisture stains or expedited oxidation of the frame).
Mirrors — on a wall, or leaned up against one. A strong nail works for smaller mirrors; always insert at a downward angle. For larger mirrors, insert a screw into an anchor into your wall for extra support and peace of mind.

WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL THESE PACKING PEANUTS?
They’re made of organic starch, so they will decompose in water leaving no toxic waste. Simply toss them in your sink or shower and add water. Septic tank friendly. It’s magic!
