WHEN IS THE NEXT RELEASE?

New batch release is THURSDAY JULY 30 AT 3PM MT. Please join our email list. The email list always gets first access to restocks before they open to the public. Emails are sent the day of a sale.

HOW DO I PURCHASE YOUR WORK?

A batch of work is made available in periodic restocks. When a date and time has been set, it is posted on instagram, sent in an email on the day of the release, and added to the announcement bar at the top of this website.

Again, please join the email list at the bottom of this page because the email list always gets first access to website restocks before they open to the public.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping stained glass, sometimes across the country, is a big deal and takes extreme care in the packing process. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your shipment confirmation email. With larger batches of work to pack, sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks. Your patience is much appreciated. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking when your order leaves the studio. We are not responsible for lost packages, but let us know if something goes awry and we’ll create a solution together.

IS THERE A TRICK TO CHECK OUT FASTER?

Creating an account and saving a payment method has proven to be the best way for a swift checkout. Placing the item in your cart doesn’t secure the piece as yours, so completely moving through the checkout process with your first pick before moving on to a second or third is your best bet.

CLEANING TIPS?

For a quick clean, just dust with a soft, clean cloth. For a deeper clean, use an ammonia-free glass cleaner. Don’t spray the stained glass directly, just spray on your towel then wipe. EXTRA SPECIAL TIP: Remove your glass from its hanging position before cleaning to avoid it falling from its hanging spot. For dirty little spots and crevices, Q-tips and soft toothbrushes work great.

DO NOT scrub with any textured material that could scratch the glass or wear off the patina and DO NOT use water or any harsh chemicals or cleaners with abrasive qualities.

WHERE and HOW TO HANG IT?

Most pieces are designed to be hung in a window where the sun can reach it. Let there be light, ok! Every piece has chain or steel wires attached. Use a nail or cup screw into the wall above the window and you’re good to go. Please don’t use cheap rubber suction cups, they never last long. Here’s a good adhesive hook, but beware, it can remove wall paint.

Important note: Avoid keeping your glass inside a bathroom or highly humid area! This can speed up the oxidation process and prematurely aged your stained glass piece.

Mirrors are designed to be hung on a wall, or leaned up against one. If you’re nervous a nail won’t suffice, go with an anchored screw for extra support and peace of mind.
